CORE Barre - Far from your traditional core workout, Core Barre will explore exercises that integrate multiple muscle groups with a focus on core specifics. Trust us, you will be back for more...CORE! BEYOND Barre - Challenging mind, body and spirit Beyond Barre leaves no muscle behind. This class will use weights, bands and balls to bring the shake. Walk out the doors feeling energized and stronger than you knew possible! POWER Barre - Combines total body strengthening moves varying in pace and duration mixed with bursts of heart pumping moves to build endurance and strength leaving you with POWERful results! BLISS Barre - Quite possibly our favorite class, if we played favorites! Bliss barre couples a thigh burning, arm toning workout and finishes with focus on breath and meditation, leaving you feeling strong, and energized yet relaxed and calm. Sorry, a designated driver is not included to get ya home after this one! RADICAL Rebounding - Looking for high-energy & pure FUN. Well, look no further! Our newest format, RADICAL REBOUNDING, will take you through a total body workout, and just like any class at the studio, working all muscle groups from head to toe. The best part? Rebounding is high-energy but very low impact, unlike typical workouts performed on the ground. And according to NASA "Rebound exercise is the most efficient, effective form of exercise yet devised by man." We are excited to see ya "ON THE REBOUND"! |
