So SUPER PROUD of this young lady!
I started working with Jessi of The Cornerstone Fitness in July 2018 after a friend recommended her to me. From our initial consult, I was pleased with how personable she was, how she truly listened, and how knowledgeable she was about postpartum issues. I can see and feel a definite difference in my posture, along with much less lower back pain. We have been working on my separated abs, among other issues. Having four kids in four years (including large twins) contributed to several of my body issues, and Jessi has helped me address each of them.
I’ll be honest, I haven’t done my exercises every single day. I’m a mom to four young kids and we’ve passed around some sickness this summer. Life happens. But I do them more days than not, I incorporate new ways of moving into my daily activities, I take time for myself, I work on my breathing and meditation, I listen to my body and know I am worth it.
I am very thankful for Jessi and the hope she has given me. Women should not have to live with pain due to childbirth and rearing young children. There is so much we can do to help ourselves and change our lives. The way you carry yourself and complete daily activities can really worsen pain if you’re not not doing it correctly. I’m definitely a work in progress but so happy with positive changes. I’m looking forward to continuing to work with Jessi to keep improving my quality of life. I would definitely recommend her!
