Sarah Beth has had a love for fitness and sports her whole life. Growing up, you could find her at the softball field, basketball court, golf course, or running with her dad. In more recent years, she has enjoyed exercising in various forms such as Tae Boe, Turbo Jam, Pilates, running (slow jogging is more like it!), walking and especially leaving stronger after working out at Barre classes. Attending barre classes at The Cornerstone Fitness has converted her from a cardio junky to a barre beauty.
Sarah Beth has a passion for learning and helping those God brings to her. She spent 16 years working as a dental hygienist where she learned a lot about health and what motivates others to make better choices for themselves. She is passionate about loving her people and living a life that inspires others to be fully alive mind, body, and spirit!
