After trying several different fitness styles, Karyn discovered her love of barre in 2012. Barre has been the perfect workout to increase strength, flexibility, posture and overall toning using familiar movements reminiscent of her 10+ years of dance training. Karyn values community and appreciates the encouraging environment here at The Cornerstone Fitness. If you take one of her classes, be ready to sing along to fun music, laugh, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Kristy brings a mix of fitness background to the studio. As a former gymnast, she loves equipping her clients to reach every movement with good form and posture. She knows this is where real change happens in the body, and she is passionate about creating an environment where all barre beauties leave the studio with stronger bodies and minds. She loves barre because the movements work to not only create long, lean muscle but they also focus on strength training using isometric movements that challenge you every time you walk into the studio. Her passion is for all clients to have fun, challenge themselves in every movement, and walk away feeling encouraged and capable of coming back for more.
