Kristy brings a mix of fitness background to the studio. As a former gymnast, she loves equipping her clients to reach every movement with good form and posture. She knows this is where real change happens in the body, and she is passionate about creating an environment where all barre beauties leave the studio with stronger bodies and minds. She loves barre because the movements work to not only create long, lean muscle but they also focus on strength training using isometric movements that challenge you every time you walk into the studio. Her passion is for all clients to have fun, challenge themselves in every movement, and walk away feeling encouraged and capable of coming back for more.

After spending years trying to find a form of fitness that was enjoyable yet challenging, Stacey has fallen in love with barre. She frequents barre class not just for the physical gains but also for the mental and spiritual growth. As a pharmacist, she has spent her adult life trying to make patients healthy with medications and is ecstatic at the opportunity to now make clients healthy with exercise. She wants clients to have fun and laugh at her dad jokes but also wants to challenge, encourage, and inspire each person with every tiny movement, pulse, bend and stretch.

Meet Beth!
I’m a local girl who grew up on a farm, and I’ve always had a thing for exercise. I grew up active in dance and sports, and I also remember loving doing Richard Simmons’ Sweatin’ to the Oldies with my mom as a kid. All of that, plus a desire to help people and an interest in the medical field led me to become a physical therapist. I’ve been practicing for over 10 years now, and barre has helped me practice what I preach to my patients. Above all else, I’m a Jesus follower and a child of God and I’m thankful for his grace that washes over me every day.
Born and Raised: Glendale, KY
Family: Wife of Tyler, and Mama of Lillian and Lucy
On game day I cheer for: UK through and through!
Favorite artist, song to Barre to: Crowder, Switchfoot, Imagine Dragons
Most favorite barre move or body part to work: Combo moves because that’s how our bodies work in real life!
You may be surprised to find out that: (something we don’t know about ya): I completed a full marathon before I had kids! (I ended up
having to walk/run halfway through…26.2 miles is no joke!)
Can’t go a day without: Coffee!
Favorite Inspirational quote: “Just keep swimming.”—Dory
Dream job: If there were enough hours in a day to be a stay at home mom, physical therapist, barre instructor, writer and/or copy editor, that’d be pretty sweet!

Married for almost 21 years and a registered nurse for 22 years, Jill has been a homeschool mom to her 2 boys the past 9 years, as well an active member in her church. She loves traveling, good food, and being in nature. She’s always been an active person, but hasn’t always loved what she would call "formal exercising", until she found barre! Jill says, “I fell in love with it after my first class in March of 2021. I didn't realize how much I needed it and how much it would change my overall well being: mind, body, and spirit. I never dreamed I would become passionate about barre to the point of becoming an instructor, but here I am and I couldn't be more excited! Barre has changed my life for the better and I love that I get to have a small part in that for others.”

Meet Jennifer!
I’ve worked in early intervention and education for the past 20 years as a teacher, interventionist, and now consultant. My life has been blessed by so many wonderful children, their families, and work colleagues who have become close friends. One of those colleagues and now friend, Kristy, invited me to barre class a couple of years ago. It took several invitations before I decided to get out of my comfort zone and attend a class. I’ve always been active and have tried various fitness classes but never a barre class. Needless to say, I was hooked by the end of that first class. Now, I’m so excited to be a part of The Cornerstone Fitness as an instructor. I look forward to seeing you in the studio!
Born and Raised: I have lived in Hardin County, Kentucky my entire life.

You may be surprised to find out that: I love to paddleboard! I’ve been out on the water in Dana Point, California to multiple beaches in
Florida to Antigua and St. Lucia!
Can’t go a day without: Coffee in the mornings and a piece of dark chocolate at night!
